SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed on Veersha (https://veersha.com/) are processed within 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.

Orders are processed only on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).


SHIPPING PARTNERS

We ship orders through trusted courier partners and/or India Post (Speed Post) to ensure reliable delivery across India.


DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the customer’s location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Veersha is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

  • Veersha will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact details.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, tracking details (if available) will be shared via email and/or SMS on your registered contact details.


SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side (wrong or defective product).


FAILED DELIVERY / RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us (RTO).

  • In such cases, Veersha reserves the right to:

    • Charge additional shipping fees for re-dispatch

    • Cancel the order and process refund/store credit after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges


PARTIAL DELIVERIES

In rare cases, orders with multiple products may be shipped separately. Customers will be notified in such scenarios.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we ship only within India.
