REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Veersha, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

We offer a 5-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition

  • The wrong or incorrect item has been delivered

Important:

  • The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • An unboxing video is strongly recommended as proof for smooth processing

SIZE EXCHANGE

  • In case of size-related issues, we offer exchange only (subject to availability).

  • Size-related issues are not eligible for refunds.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • Unwashed

    • With original tags and packaging intact


REVERSE PICKUP

  • Reverse pickup service is available for most locations.

  • A nominal reverse pickup fee may be applicable.

  • Our courier partner will attempt pickup 2–3 times.

  • If pickup is unsuccessful, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.


REFUNDS

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    Refunds may be provided as store credit or bank transfer, depending on the case.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the product is received and verified.


    EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME

    • Exchange orders will be processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days after successful pickup and inspection

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance are not eligible for return.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

    Partial Payment Orders (Advance Policy)

    For orders placed with a partial payment (advance):

    • If the order is cancelled or refused at the time of delivery, the advance amount will not be fully refundable
    • However, as a goodwill gesture, 50% of the advance amount will be provided as store credit, which can be used on your next purchase

    > This helps us manage logistics and processing costs while still offering you value for your payment

    • If you inform us before dispatch, we’ll be happy to assist with cancellation or adjustments
    • In case of any issue from our side (such as wrong or damaged product), we will fully support you with a replacement or complete refund

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Veersha reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions after inspection.

  • We aim to ensure a fair and transparent process for all customers.
